thats pretty shitty dude. I already dont care much for magnaflow's shit products, never bought them and now I definitely never will in the future. Sorry you had to be the example for the rest of us, remember guys be VERY careful who you lend your car to.

From the trunk swap thread:

Anyhow, this morning it took the two of us, and a friend about 2.5hrs to do, but it was hot as hell and we were taking our time, this whole swap should take like 45mins tops, we couldnt believe that places were charging $400 to do this..eeek

anyway:
BRZ lid on FRS (mindboggling, scion BRZ!)

After swap, we ended up unbolting and keeping our own respective pieces that are above the license plate to retain the trunk release button on Benjoke's BRZ.

Completed!:

Benjoke's BRZ w FRS Lid (no spoiler)

My FRS w BRZ spoiler (and toyota badges)

AEM Intake installed! Pics to follow!

Initial review- interior cabin is quieter due to elimination of the sound generator tube, engine bay looks much neater, seat of the pants dyno doesnt really show a huge difference though, but i have only driven about 30 miles

One thing i do notice is that the kick up in power around the 5k rpm mark is noticeably greater

Wheels are looking sick. I just ordered white plasti dip for the white on white look as well!

coming up on a year now, and wheels are pretty dirty (mostly because i didnt do a good job keeping up with cleaning them) but the plasti dip has held on very well i would stay still 90% stuck to the wheels, just grimey now
