Could this be causing a p0441 error code and full boost cut at 4k?

Here's a quick clip of my setup.. One of the techs took this video for me.. It's a moddified FBM Base kit. I had a custom straight pipe made, no cats, no resonators, with 5" exhaust tips. Right now as it sits it's making 325whp on a mustang dyno on e85. I'll post up more when I pick it up today.

Last night I was not able to build boost, it would just cut atc4k. This morning car drives normal and can build boost. What would cause that?

It's a mustang dyno.. Reads lower and I've heard this particular one seems to read lower than other mustangs but it's only at 10psi I believe

I looked up specifics on the mustang dyno your right. My bad. 10psi is still conservative on e85. How loud is that exhaust?

Yeah my tuner is pretty conservative when it comes to tunes. I'll drive around for a bit and see how I like it. If I want more, I'll probably contact Delicious Tuning and get a remote tune.

Honestly I haven't even heard it in person yet. I'll let you know tonight when I pick it up.. I had it done and the tune all at the same time.

From what the tech tells me is it has a nice deep tone at idle but it's loud AF at wot, which is expected with no restrictions... It's not my dd so I'm ok with it being loud

BOV inquiries

Hey, just wanted to ask again about the BOV setup for the FBM kit. i picked up the kit from a buddy in NY a while back and found that there is a 13lb(brown) spring inside the BOV. At full boost my BOV doesnt release, creating the "gobbling sound" instead of the norm. Now as little as this affects the actual performance of the car, I hate the noise lol. I wonder if this is actually the normal setup for the FB kit or not. I tried a 9 lb spring, which obviously was too soft and stayed open at idle causing the car to idle badly. Are these cars set up to actually use the BOV properly or is there more i need for the kit other than a proper spring to have the BOV to release like its supposed to.
cheers

I would say the correct spring is an 11 or 12 psi spring. I ended up most happy with an 11 psi spring and a couple aluminum washers I got from McMaster Carr. This will vary slightly depending on how much vaccum your car pulls at idle and where/how you are getting the vacuum/boost reference that you are running to the BOV.

Does the BOV spring pressure need to be changed when running higher boost?

Or is it more about how much vacum you have at idle?
