If it were built I wouldn't hesitate.
Maybe not at 400 whp, but you could always run a more reasonable amount or run a 93 octane tune at around 330 whp. Someone has to show that it is possible, and you and @Ironsquid are my best hope.

I will do it, at 12 psi E85, 350+ whp, not any set date, but I will definitely try it.

Drop the boost down, still run E85 and go with 300hp first.
That should be a high enough margin Log it, up the boost a little, repeat these steps until you see any signs and just drop back a couple of psi again?
