Thank you to those of you that have contacted us in regards to any fitment issues that you are having, we cannot help to resolve issues that we have no knowledge of.

If there are issues that you are having during installation, we are more than happy to help out in any way that we can. We build all of these by hand in a fixture, and our tolerances are incredibly tight. Small variations in header flange location can play a huge part in fitment. We always stand behind our products, 100%, and are committed to providing support to our customers even after they have received their parts.

Thanks Ryan! I fully intend on ordering a full 3" exhaust in the next few weeks.

Shifting the engine ended up not being helpful. I got more height clearance, but instead it's against the side of the subframe instead of the top. Shifted engine back to centered.

Ended up putting some exhaust wrap on the pipe around where it contacts the frame. This worked really well. Obviously I've still got contact, and probably have it MORE often due to reduced clearance, but I do not have any more rattle.

Did you call them up? They will ensure you are 100% fixed if you call and ask.

No, the only way they can fix this is replacing the part, and I don't want to swap back in the old pipe and wait another 2+ months.

They are quick about making a replacement. Usually about 2-3 weeks from the time you send back the old product.

Nameless was very quick in sending me a replacement.

If you've beat on the pipe they won't do anything for you.

Well, crap. I installed my OpenFlash header last weekend and have noticed a metallic ringing between 4-6k RPM. At first I thought it might be a loose O2 sensor heat shield, but after reading this thread I'm betting it's the Nameless OP/FP. I also had to use quite a bit of force to get the pipe back into the hanger...

I'll have to take a look at this on the lift. Thanks for all the help with the diagnosis guys.

I was going to order the over/front pipe combo too. Guess I'll wait to see if this fitment issue is resolved first..

Finally!!!!!!!! Omg I've been tell people to avoid the revworks header and nameless over pipe combo.. But ppl think I'm crazy!!! I got my nameless op fp combo after my revworks headers. That's when I noticed tons of rattling when ever I go over rough patches of roads and even some smooth roads. Turns out the op is hitting my sun frame... Any suggestions that don't include beating my pipe ( no pun intended you sick bastards :P) or denting my sub frame? Thank you!!

For clarification, we haven't changed anything about our design since we first released the part more than a year ago, and we have only seen a handful of issues pop up when connecting to an OEM header. When you add in other parts, you add variables to the equation.
