With that being written, girls going all out on that make-up won't make you land a man in the gym. Just saying, ladies
I bet it works on the "I pick things up and put things down" guys. I agree with you about the personal space. I am glad it's finally nice out so I can run outside, I hate working out with other people around.

LOL It's kinda funny cuz my good friend's fiance is totally car-mania & most of the time she drag him to go to those meets. Sometimes she leaves him behind & chat around w guys about cars & mods.

& here's her pulling exhaust out on my Impreza

What is the difference between this ScanGauge II and a OBD II reader? I am thinking of getting one of this to deal with CEL stuff, but I don't know the differences.

If anyone can shed some lights, I appreciate it.

SG2 features:
  • Read CEL (Only PCode) & can clear it for ya too
  • Digital Gauges:
    • Displays 4 of 12 built-in gauges in real time
    • Fuel Economy/Rate
    • Battery Voltage
    • Coolant and Intake Temperature
    • RPM
    • MPH
    • Manifold Pressure (depends on vehicle)
    • Engine Load
    • Throttle Position
    • Timing
vs OBD2 reader just tells you CEL (both PCode & what it means) & can clear it for you.

I already have a site & app that tells me what those PCodes means, so OBD2 reader is just a waste

I didn't want to setup all the gauges in my car (technically didn't have $ back then), so I bought SC2. It's simple, nothing specially need to be done. Just plug it into OBD2 part & that's it, simple as that

I think they're like 150 bucks though :/ If you have a smartphone you can access the OBDII port with a Bluetooth adapter (dunno how much these cost) and apps like Torque let you do the same thing with prettier looking graphics and your larger smartphone screen.

The cool thing about Torque is it can also incorporate the accelerometer on your mobile device and GPS as well, for more accurate speed measurement. You also can set up as many "screens" as you like and scroll through them by swiping your finger across. If you have a tablet I think this would be extra cool to use in the car since the larger screen would make it more readable.

Thanks, that really helps alot!! Based on the ScanGauge II website it shows the functions you listed. To me, that sounds like a great alternatives to setup extra gauges surrounding the steering wheel. It would be better if the display can be sent to your smart phones.. <== search Torque in App Stores now...

I will see if I can find the meaning of the PCode of my cars. <== got a free app to list the OBD2 codes.

You and Momo will be treated as royalty at the Zx6 meets! Don't worry! The BRZerhood will be your personal bodyguards.

Ha, I'd be the best bodyguard imo, but I aint cheap.

The way I see it guys at those type of car shows or meets are either nervous, feel superior (ignorant), have poor mannerisms, naive, or possibly intimidated (ex. snoopyalien's latest post in the random pics).

I'm not sure how you girls (ette & giccin) go about your business at those event, but maybe just ask the right questions or warm yourself up to asking very simple questions in the beginning then move on to more difficult questions that you really had on your minds later.

Very chilvirious but that's still not treating women as equals and I'm sure can be almost as annoying.

That said its never easy for men and women to treat each other as equals, and it does go both ways.

Ah, just finished writing a nice poem. You know, it's pretty relaxing to put stuff like that on paper. My friend also read it and was in awe.

It's fun rhyming them, but more personal when they don't because you use words that you want rather than ones you don't want, to lead up the rhyming word.

Blech. Probably my least favorite meter.

Villanelles are probably my favorite form, next to a well written free/blank verse.
