The red isnt bad, its just red, some like it some dont. None of the colors we saw were ugly.
Blue is just effing blue too...to each his own. We (first 86) were all given a chance to change the color of our cars. I changed from raven to white, they charge extra for it because it really does look that good :P |

Well after spending a ridiculous amount of time with the photos, I have shifted my allegiance from Ultramarine to Whiteout. While the blue is striking and initially attractive, it is very strong, and I think that I may find it a bit much on an ongoing basis - the white just seems more "liveable" to me. Got to make a final choice soon for the group buy.

you're really thinking too hard about this...after seeing them in person, you're gonna be happy with ANY of the colors, they all look great in real life Whiteout looks best in my opinion, but the drawback is that it will be the most popular color by far as time goes on |

^ You may be right, but the problem is to take advantage of a group buy I have to make a colour decision before I get to "see them in person", that's the problem!
Up here white is not as popular, largely due to less heat bake issues in the summer, and the fact that white doesn't handle snowy weather too well - shows dirt too easily. |

Oh man not another whiteout traitor! I think 3 people at the event switched on the spot from ultramarine to whiteout.
We all agreed, more or less, its not that the ultramarine is a bad colour, its that whiteout is MUCH more impressive in person, in direct sunlight. For those of you that love Honda 'Championship White' its not that pure of a white, it presents under sunlight closer to a very light/slightly offwhite pearl colour so its definitely not for honda white fans. If Ultramarine didnt exist as a colour choice I would be getting the Whiteout, no questions asked. |
