Helping fit a new kit!

I went and helped a local shop test fit a kit they are making for the FR-S. I think it is looking pretty good, what do you guys think. Obviously it is just set on the car, it will be perfect fit when completed.

It looks so confused. "I don't know what I want to be!!!" Thick and thin don't work together IMO.

The front has those stupid fins. It is also double chinning since it doesn't wrap to the grill.
The rear has vents...which are out of no where since there are no other vents.
I think the sides are terrible.
And holy shit that's a bulky ass spoiler.

Too bulky and doesn't flow at all with the car's lines.

Not a big fan, like the others said it does not flow well with the lines of the car.

When that company asked me to test that kit I had to pass. Seriously that kit screams rice right in my face

I was trying to be nice...but ya, it looks like crap. None of the pieces even match each other. I do think that the rear (without the stupid vent) has potential, but not in this kit.

Personally I like the front lip and the spoiler especially. I can tell the front lip needs a bit of refinement to get the fit right. The spoiler looks just about as bulky as most plastic or factory wings IMO, but it looks unfinished so would be nice to see done. Since I have the same color it's nice to visualize what my car might look like. Those stock wheels gotta go.

Yeah, this thing isn't done or mounted... They just wanted to get a visual. Still have shaping to do, and the spoiler is just the mold, not the product... when its mounted it wont be as bulky... I guess you had to see it in person...

I think it works if you like the 90's body kit styles. Bulky, thick, and wrongfully aggressive. If you put neon lights, funky color scheme, it may bring back some nostalgia and get a few chuckles at a car show. That is the only use I see with this kit.

The spoiler looks like just a modified version of the USDM spoiler -- bad look IMHO

The front lip kind of looks like the generic version of rocket bunny, so we can all see where the inspiration went there.

The Side skirts are kind of bulky

The Rear lip just looks ugly in general, it extends out too far and it's too square up for a car that has a lot more curves. They are trying to square off the kits in the wrong places and it looks like something that would come off the sketch book of a HS kid.

Accents that come with the skirts reminds me of the LFA/ISF 350 cars... meh, nothing that has not been done.
