A P2096 is typically be caused by too many mods without a tune IE intake, full exhaust and etc. Too much air and not enough fuel.

The testing and dynos done were done on a stock car with only the header changed in which everything works great. The CEL that this header should not cause after doing our testing is p0420 which is the one relating to the cat itself.

If you have a heavily modified car with full exhaust, intake, and etc a tune should be something to look into. You will extract even more power and resolve the lack of fuel in certain driving situations.

Yeah, I wouldn't take it to a dealer to clear this kind of code..

Looks like a LOT fewer welds. Thank God, I almost completely dismissed these because of the crazy wait time. The only difference other than welds I can see is the part between the cat and collector... looks slightly longer?

Is it just me or does the first bend in the top right runner seem on a different angle than on the older style? Maybe just the angle of the pic.. And i also agree about the piece between colector and cat...

Sh*t the more I look at it, the more differences I see.. second ben of top left runner.. bend seems more angled on new design..

oh well I guess we'll just have to wait and see dynos from users.

The entire header is turned slightly in the new picture. I think that may be playing tricks on you.

The bends did not change. The header was 3D scanned, then bends are made in one piece now. The Jig in which these are welded up in didn't change either. Each runner still fits into the jig the exact same way as before and is held in place by the jig. It would be impossible for any different bend than the original design to fit.

The only thing that has changed is less welds. Not sure why this is so hard for people to follow? Allows these to be made more quickly. That's it. Unicorn blood is still inside the header as before.

lol @ the Unicorn blood.

Hell if anyone throws a Bi**h fit about getting a, for a lack of a better term, "Version 1.1" header I'll gladly trade my V1.0 with them lol. I like less welds

If you could go ahead and skip the customers that are bitching and send mine, I would be more than happy to test the header for them
