IMHO the silver shows the lines of this car best~
(just compare the shadow above the hips of the 2 in my sig)
This pearl white can bleach out the lines with its brightness in sunlight.
Toyota's pearl white under parking lot lights at night looks dirty.
Yesterday i saw pearl white on a Cadillac and a Lexus
and that is the kind of car it belongs on!

...BUT every girl i've asked says "OOO! Get that pearl white!"
just FYI for whoever is still on the fence regarding color.

I too was at the Long Beach Formula Drift. Made a walkaround video of the Red Scion FR-S in automatic.

Was an amazing day overall.

after seeing them all up close and really thinking on it, Ive gotta stick with ultramarine - its dark but not too dark and the metallic flake isnt over the top.

Yeah they did. We also got to see the new Scion commercials along with a couple of other neat things. I was going to give a report tonight but just got back from a local event and just got invited to another... So perhaps tomorrow if no one beats me to it. Overall the brochures aren't anything to write home about. Commercials were awesome, especially the last one they showed us. Also accesories list at end of month approx., those are key things I can think about right now.

Yes, that seemed likely, and it's one of the reasons I am leaning against choosing that colour, even though it looks great in some photos. Somehow a white sportscar just does not seem masculine enough. Might look OK on a Porsche GT3 though.

Saw the white in person on a BRZ Prem and thought it looked amazing. Def up for consideration. Not trad Jspanese racing white but very Japanese for a sports car none the less. The FR-S can def pull that color off with such masculine lines, esp after mods considering its done well

Thanks for the post - ironically just before reading this I had spent yet another hour poring over photos (I have about 500 now lol) and have pretty well concluded that Ultramarine is too intense to live with long-term and I want to go Whiteout. Photo below shows why. Is an this accurate representation of the color/finish? (For some reason the photo's blurrier after uploading - forum software compression I guess.)

Did any of you guys have a camera back already when Jack debuted his car with the Five Axis kit? I'm wanting a pic of that car in the worst way but sadly my phone was still held hostage.
