I don't know if anyone cares or if some of you are aware but the following part is a replacement for the STI badge on the front lip. The red on my STI front lip badge had worn out and I ordered this to replace it. It is the same badge to replace it with even though it shows an STI spoiler. It states it is a universal part. It's the same size as the side skirts as well so I assume it can be used to replace the side skirt badge as well. It has 3 pins on the back and 3M tape. Not sure if anyone else had had the red on their front lip wear off like mine did.

Can't you guys just dremel down the three pins? Or maybe drill 3 holes into the reps?

Drilling three holes into the reps is a LOT of commitment.

Dremeling is more work than just ordering from Bayson R.

Found some translations (google translate and browsing the subaru japan website) and descriptions for some of the tS parts.

Driveshafts (note, this is not the main drive shaft, but the rear "axles"):

Once, as a life's work the dirt trial, I was devoted wherever and whenever one could really. There are a number of technical experience directly linked to performance and up time where they try. It was a large diameter of the drive shaft this time, upon the tS of the BRZ is a FR vehicle first for us STI,'s gone out from among my library immediately. In the All Japan Dirt Trial of the mid 1990s, I was fighting in the machine plus the remodeling as a base Impreza WRX vehicles of course. There is no game right it can not freely control the direction of the car by the accelerator work in loose road surface. It was an idea adopted similar small to the drive shaft one day, on the front that I was thinking more, that it might be able to controllable the AWD system to understeer tendency becomes stronger when, as a thicker rear. Controls RWD basis might be implemented in AWD cars. Where such has really work wonders. In the course of about 2km total length, I was able to narrow the time be 1.5 seconds. It is reason that traction is improved clearly. BRZ tS of this time, the drive 0 balance before and after: 100%, but I tried to test it considered to be Let's make-up and try anything in any case.
Rigidity rose 20 percent in torsion to the increased 4mm diameter of the drive shaft, and it was confirmed that there is a positive impact a variety of realistic. When the driving force is transmitted to the drive shaft from the differential, there is a phenomenon called "large thing swaying vibration" occurs at low speed. I think the large-diameter shaft would absorb it, and can now be transformed into a traction drive power without waste. It is approximately feel that it has even better ride. In terms of handling and stability, and then trying to turn off the accelerator when turning in a two-speed, three-speed, I feel a sense of hold out of the rear tires has increased. In addition, since the torsional rigidity is increased, the entry of the shift the better. Anyway I think it was confirmed in the Nurburgring basic performance "run, turn, stop" on this car to because there is confidence, and want to hear early evaluation of everyone of experts and journalists, and voices of customers fun based on.

Steering rack bolts and bushings:

This time, let's talk about the menu do not know just by looking at the car from the surface. The first is how to mount a steering gear box. This is also an idea I that were considered during the development phase of the BRZ itself, but it is what was supposed to send-off in terms of such mass production. This time, mean that accentuate the PURE HANDLING standard car. I was put on the table under consideration again. 're Mounting the steering gear box to the cross member is the same as the standard car, but in a long bolt of the mounting bolts, this tS has nut lock on the front side through the cross member. As a result, the rigidity against twisting of the steering gear box goes up, I have contributed to the improvement of response and accuracy of the steering. Which of the following 65mm extension down the Beya ring span of (laughs) front strut's the result of a study on the dive to the bottom of the car body with Mori also this It is also one of the taste hidden. This reduces the friction so that the steering feel and grip has also been improved. In addition, I have contributed to the stabilization of the damping force oil capacity also increased.

if you can see rubber from the Michelin Tyres
are outside fron the Body......so i like the slight looking difference

i like the Gently cleaner look.

I run with Red TRD since aug.,2013. Interior sound propagation was good and lower from 4.000 up to 6.000 rpm but I felt some very low frequency vibrations near glovebox and door handle. It was resonance.

Tested this one (STI), this morning on higher rpm (highway) and under high accel in lower gears.

The sound is almost lower but without internal low frequency resonance. I must say that the STI grey is better than Red TRD about resonance.
I run with Takeda 5R, a full Milltek non resonated exhaust, overpipe and often isn't easy to understand where "sound" comes from. A little bit of "drone" around 3.000 rpm, but I am satisfied...good sound, very race but without crazy resonance.

Those are gorgeous! LOVE the dark silver!
If the group that was offering the ASGA Sprint wheels would get their stuff together and have them readily available (and in GUNMETAL) I think they'd tell a ton of them. I know I'd buy a set.

Wait, I'm confused now...

Does the tS have a larger Driveshaft or axles?

Apparently it's axles only. The term driveshaft(s) refers to the axles.

We were under the assumption it was the actual driveshaft from the trans to the diff, but that is not the case. There is hard evidence now that I pulled from subaru Japan's website that when specifically speaking of larger driveshaft when referencing the tS it means the rear axles.
