I'm guessing Subaru will be about as public with their VIP price timing as they have been with everything else?

In the past, it's been 6 months. Because of the lack of supply (by design) it may not be for a little longer with the BRZ. Only time will tell.

Basically, nothing yet that I've heard, but here's what shows up when I log in. Interesting enough, my employer is not listed as a partner :P I imagine we fit in as a supplier though.

This is copy/pasted directly from the landing page when you log in.

VIP VENDOR/SUPPLIER PROGRAM

The VIP Program is a Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) corporate program offering employees of approved SOA/SIA suppliers or vendors, including employees of REDACTED, the opportunity to purchase or lease new Subaru vehicles at dealer invoice cost through participating Subaru dealerships.

To participate in the VIP Program, you must receive an approved VIP Dealer Visit Authorization form, PRIOR to contacting a Subaru dealer.

VIP pricing will not be honored at the dealership without an approved VIP Dealer Visit Authorization form presented upon entering the dealership.

VIP Program Update:
5/1/12: The following models are currently excluded from Subaru VIP Programs: WRX, WRX STI and BRZ.

I joined LNT for $20 in anticipation of purchasing a BRZ for under invoice 5-6 months from now, a month ago. I found a dealer selling the vehicle for invoice so I guess it wasn't needed anymore. At least I got some stickers and I'm donating to a good cause, lol.

You could say that :P

It's odd that they also removed the WRX models from the program though. Makes me wonder if the BRZ will ever actually have it.
