There has been no announcement from toyota or subaru about that kind of relationship with cosworth.

People need to stop throwing it around like its gospel.

Exactly

Unless I have something in writing from Toyota/Subaru that says you can use their products and still retain the factory warranty, Cosworth's claim that it doesn't void the warranty means squat.

I sort of agree; however, if Cosworth is making a public claim that using their product does not void your factory warranty, then they will be responsible for any damage to your motor if that fails to be true. Unfortunately, you would probably have to sue them, but it would be a slam-dunk class action if that were the case.

I personally would wait for a Toyota/Subaru press release that confirms it, but a company, especially a company as large and well known as Cosworth, cannot make false claims to sell their product -- at least not without legal repercussions.

Cosworth hasn't made that statement anywhere. At least from my searching. Its just people with their .02.

It says it in black and white. Will void your warranty. There is no official statement from cosworth that it will NOT void your warranty.

Go see the nameless header thread. That's basically it yeah. You get a pretty stout mid-range power but it falls off at either extreme.

If the stage 1.3 is ~6K, is it fair to estimate their stage 3 will be well over 10K . -.-

If it has a positive displacement blower of decent size, along with internal upgrades etc.

I wouldn't be suprised to see a 15k USD price tag.

Thats like eating Pop Rocks and drinking soda at the same time!

They should probably include an aftermarket clutch with that power pack...
