That's certainly not what I took from the review. He did say the gearbox wasn't quite as snappy as it could be, but he loved the feel. And his single "complaint" about the engine was that you could not just stomp on the throttle to get it to slide, but he then went on to explain that this was in fact part of its overall appeal.
Overall, he said at the end, "I loved it." |

Here's a slightly more entertaining review biased with hype but also shares the same negative sentiments on the engine and gearbox.
