Hey everyone how much should I pay (Specific Circumstance)

I have searched through countless threads but I have yet to find one that is similar to the situation I found myself in this weekend. As you can probably see I am new here, and it is because I am now ready to purchase this beauty

A local dealership has a 2014 Brz limited listed at 33k but they installed after market parts on the car. The car only has 25 on the odo and I perosonally really like it. With the 15's right around the corned and orders starting soon, if not yesterday or today, what should I pay

List of parts
Perrin Catback exhaust
Bremmer Kraft Br10 Wheels
Firestone Firestorm tires
Eibach Pro Kit

Homelink Mirror
Rear Bumper Applique
Interior lighting

I offered 28k which I felt like I may be stretching, am I far off the mark, they came back and say they couldnt "take a loss that huge"

What realistically should I look to pay, or should I say they hell with it and just get there series blue, in the new white silica

Thanks all for your time! Cant wait to be apart of this community

I would not pay 33k for a dealer modified car. MSRP is ~27,500 for the Limited. The one you're looking at is 33k. Those mods they put in are not worth ~5,500. Not even close, even with labor. In the consumer market, selling anything with aftermarket parts actually lower the vehicle value. Buy this, and you're overpaying by a HUGE margin. And then there's depreciation. You're upside down 10k as soon as you drive it off the lot.

I would look elsewhere, or wait for the 2015s.

Hey spear, thanks for the quick and thoughtful response, I was kind of thinking the same exact thing, (although at the time I was very emotionally invested) lol With that I guess I am glad I just walked away, I see your point as it would take a huge hit on resale value especially if I didnt have the same parts.

In anyone's opinion do they forsee a huge markup on the 2015 blue's or see the 2014 getting cheaper say to 25k for a limited?

If you wanted those aftermarket parts I'd offer 29k just to see.

Go for the Series Blue if the price is right. But really though, it's a mere aesthetic enhancement over the standard version. For an extra 3k. Supposedly, the latter built 2014s and 2015s have the same minor suspension enhancements(I.E. suspension bolts), so a latter built 2014 could be equally desirable as a 2015 model.

But knowing me, I would try to go for the Series Blue. Just don't overpay if dealers decide to mark up the price. The "If you don't buy it, someone else will" dealer mentality will be present for the Series Blue.
