I didn't end up using all 5 on mine...

I took the two lower bumper splitter/cooling panel trim thingies on the underside of the front bar, and then had to swap out a small duct panel for the mounting bracket for the tS/STi badge. I reused the two screws in the existing duct panel, and used a new one to mount the badge to the mounting bracket.

You're suppose to use 3, but I ended up using 2: the one that taps behind them emblem, and 1 of 2 to the bumper. I don't remember if it was top or bottom that had extremely tight space but that was the one I didn't do. Holds firm regardless and never at risk of falling apart. I have a bike transmission screwdriver with a 90 degree gear clip that I can use for the other one but just haven't gotten around to it

Going for the last major push to "finish" the car. Purchased the tS coil+damper kit, and just pulled the trigger on a used set of 2012 STi black calipers. As parts come in, will be finishing off with the rear control arms, lateral links, DBA rotors, new pads, and possible the draw stiffener (although I might leave that til' later). Hoping to get all this into the car by Subaru Summer Solstice at end of June! *fingers crossed

Would you mind sharing the part number(s) for the tS coil+damper kit once you've received it? Japanparts only shows their own internal reference and I can't seem to find the STxxxxxxx number online.

Got the coil spring set assembled off the tS car. Updated pink springs plus shocks. The package came with all hardware to fully assemble before installing it onto the car.









So the obvious question is how are they? Well, I could say for sure that I was very surprised how smooth it makes the car, especially as the front shocks have significantly more travel. Where the road changes in elevation is where I felt the most significant difference. The car really just sticks itself to the road, making the steering feel sharper. It's pretty confidence-inducing lol. The springs themselves retain the 15mm drop that I previously had, although because all the parts are brand new, my car appears to be sitting back at stock height until everything settles . I will report back on additional driving impressions after installing the lateral links, control arms, and having the car properly aligned and balanced.

In addition to the fun-factor, I also added more creature comfort. Got my OEM Audio+ 400 upgraded to reference series. Another pleasant surprise as it added even more clarity to the sound in the cabin. Definitely a great upgrade!





Didn't get a chance to get the pinstripe on the car yet. After everything went in, it was already pretty late and everyone involved was tired. So saved for another day!

Front: ST20330AS010
Rear: ST20380AS000

Correct ?
