ASk them to also remove the windows, every seat except the drivers and replace the wheels with steelies and maybe that can get it down to 21k

The dealer buys the car from the manufacturer at a certain price which includes standard features. So it doesn't save them any money by taking that stuff out. What are they going to do with it? It would be difficult for them to resell standard feature items. Also, the more options, the more room for profit - which I'm OK with as long as they are useful. 25k is the minimum price for this car when new. Take it or leave it I'm afraid.
