Was just looking at the info actually, not sure if the kids are interested yet, but if not I may drop by to check it out on the way back from Oggy.

Stuff like this in Ottawa is usually a tough go

There is also a Sparks Street Car show 5pm to 7:30
You get to enter Sparks at Elgin before 6pm and park on the mall
I did it once last year and I'll do it again in June I think

Would love to go but have to watch my sister and brother in law split their furniture from the divorce. 11 am to 4 pm. If anyone wants to see fireworks before July 1st stop by, could get nasty!

It seems to me that once you buy it, so long.

I was in at Tony's last week for an oil change - the service guys always go nuts checking mine out - it is heavily modified compared to most FR-S in town - but not one sales guy poked his head in - I wandered through the showroom (wearing one of my many FR-S t-shirts and my Toyota racing ball-cap) and I think I got a Hi - but no one engaged me.

I was hoping for a dealer to come up with a meet up day sometime so we could all show up and your other Scion customers/potential customers could see what can be done to an FR-S - of course not all the mods can be done with OEM TRD/Scion parts, but I thought the whole Scion-experience was the ability to personalize the cars with or without OEM.

The summer hasn't even started yet, so some dealership has the chance to get in first and do a Saturday meet/show on their lot or even an evening get-together with a BBQ and proceeds to a local charity, and have some Scion swag that I hear/see/read about that the US dealers seem to be generous with... I'm full of good ideas

- but then I guess if we already have the cars and mods, then you guys can't make more $$$ from us - but potential buyers should be more interested if they saw 15-20 cars all shined up and proudly on display....

Or I could just be a grumpy old man ranting away here... and you can ignore me.

We saw a couple reps form the Mendes(?) group in an iQ last Friday night at Merivale and Meadowlands Tim's/Wendy's/Target parking lot - there were 6-7 FR-s and BRZ present too. You should swing by around 9pm tonight and you'll meet some of us

Not Shannonville, the Regional event is being held on the old airport just outside of Picton (http://stlac.ca/events/competition/regional-slalom/) A fast 2.1 km course using all three triangular runways. The Sat half of the weekend also counts as one of MCO's events towards our local season championship.

Should be a blast, but it's going to be a loooong day!
