But yes, I agree with your last paragraph. I came from cars with 300 hp and 320 lbs/ft torque. I knew what I was getting into.
so you're in college but you didn't buy your brand new car?

could you tell me how that works?

I think you mixed a few words up there. Pretty sure I've explained this before. I had a job where I was making fantastic money for a college kid, and my two previous cars I didn't pay for. So I had a lot of money saved up. Now making monthly payments on this car with a good deal I got because my dad works for Lexus/Toyota.

Contrary to what many of you believe/experienced at my age, some people are able to work hard and earn what they own while in college.

Also, does it really matter how it works? Can't you be appreciative that there are kids in their 20's that go to school and do well enough to own nice things? It's better than me mooching off everyone and not doing anything with my life, eh?

All fun and games until someone find the need to defend themselves.

It is though, by your own definition too... Just from other people's perspective.
Maybe when you are out of college, your hormonal issues will have subdued or find a new gf to rant about man.

I'm not defending anything. The dude above asked how I can pay, so I explained. An explanation is very different than defending myself.

AND I DONT HAVE HORMONAL ISSUES. GTFO

I think s2d4's obtusely and drawn out point is: you're ranting about things that people do to their cars that are "rice," but by many your car and particular tastes would be considered rice. Perhaps in a somewhat obnoxious way - he's saying those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones…. Or better stated who gives a crap what people do. Rice out the cars to the end of time. As long as quality parts continue to be made for these cars, who cares if people auto zone part or stance their car.

you don't understand rice. A car can have 1000 hp and still be rice.

Umm yeah, it was intentional.
I was hoping he'd get the idea since it tends to get better results than straight out calling them retards unless they are really retarded, which in itself lies the irony and humour some desperately seeks.

Oh yeah, I knew it was intentional, but it seemed people just didn't get it. I figured lets just get to the point, LOL.

Not a problem for me. No other BRZs within 50 miles as far as I can tell. Only a couple FRSs and they aren't riced.
