AZ - Chandler - Subaru Superstore of Chandler

Sales: Scott Jenkins
Service: N/A
Story: Been looking at dealers for some time in AZ. Emailed and called numerous ones basically trying to get the best deal. Scott and Subaru Superstore of Chandler were very professional and listened to me from the beginning. Other dealers in the area kept submitting cars that were not in my specification and were difficult with the prices. Scott came out and gave me a great price right up front. I had the price in hand at $30,000 including all fees, taxes and everything else expecting for more things to be added on before I was through. There was no pressure on the extra services and I signed for my loan at the price that I was quoted.

MO - St. Peters - Lou Fusz Subaru St. Peters - Sales and Service

Sales: Richard
Service: Andrea, Liz
Story: I've bought two cars from these guys at this point and they have been awesome. I'm a little high maintenance and I know it, but I've never felt like I was an inconvenience even after they helped me out with issues with another out of town dealership and worked with me through an engine replacement on my first BRZ. I felt like I got good pricing on both cars, although there was definitely some negotiation involved. Everyone is always super pleasant to work with, and when I go in for service everyone acts like they know me ("that chick who blew up an engine" probably, lol).

Clear Bra

I actually just got a clear bra done, and you can hardly tell it is there. You really have to look for it from about 4 feet at the right angle. I am going to drive about 100 miles a day so I need it for the highway

As far as price, when I shopped around (i live in florida btw) I got quotes ranging from 700-1000 for a full bra. Then I found this one place, funny enough the same chain store, and they gave me 599 for the full. Talked with the Tint guy that applies it and he knocked it back another 50.

The awesome thing is that they use a machine to cut the parts, pretty much like a good tint job. It took him about 5 hours to finish, since the front is a little complex compared to other vehicles he said.

Car Buying In FL ^__^

Pembroke Pines Subaru and Lexus Dealership in Florida
Sales: Miss Lemon
Service: None yet
Story:

I had two experiences with this dealership, both were with Lemon. She basically greeted you before you had the chance to get out of your car lol.

Honestly I thought she would be like every other sales person and try to get every buck out of you; however, she went out of her way to get us every feature and extra item she could find for the Limited automatic (I have no idea how to drive manual). She lowered the price to 29 something from the MSRP

The first manager we dealt with gave us a horrible price on our trade and refused to budge on the price which was 29k for the Limited BRZ 2014. He was honestly a huge butt and insanely condescending. I was ready to buy the car on the spot until he opened his mouth. So I shook Lemon's hand and thanked her for being so sweet and doing her best to get us everything.

We then shopped around a few days later, but kept in contact with Lemon. The same day that we were about to buy from a different dealer, my sister's bf had gotten a great deal via the internet person, we got a call from Lemon saying she could get us an epic price and a different manager was in. It was a bit of a drive out of the way since we were at another location, but it things didnt work out because the internet sales person had a day off and the lady covering for her didnt want to give us the price she quouted. The new lady wanted the MSRP for the car.

So we gathered our stuff and headed back. The new manager gave me more than I wanted for my trade in (score!) and the new price on the Limited was insanely good (double scoure!). So we bought it on the spot lol.

Actually I forgot to mention when we got the call from Lemon it was because a dark gray had just come in (they had only a light silver before, and I didnt really like it so I wasnt going to pay near MSRP for a color I didnt really want). So upon buying the car I couldnt even take it home lol! It still had plastic wrap everywhere. Basically we did the trade and the nicer manager let me keep my trade for the next day while they get my car inspected and prepared for me.

Plus the finance guy gave me all the goodies: all the warranties and lojack for a pretty good price.

I dont know if I am allowed to say the price I got or if that is tabu on the forum(?). So I'll just leave it out for now.

Overall shopping around is always stressful, but Lemon was an epic aid to our search. Completely recommend her.

As for service in the future I'll find out in 2.5k miles ^__^

Yes sir he did. Every place was quoting around 1k since the bumper is considered to be the highest difficulty because of the style; however, they did an epic job at 549. 5 year warranty, 1 year labor (after 1 year he said labor would like 150-180), and tint world is a pretty big company so I trust that they will be around.

it covered like 2/3 of the hood, the entire front bumper, the sides of the car (up to the like half way through the wheel I think), the mirrors, and even a little under the bumper.

It was an epic job. The only bad thing I can say is that it took him an hour longer than he said, but it came out amazing. You cannot tell it is there unless you look for it.

I'll try to post a picture soon of what it looks like so you know what you are getting. If I can I'll get someone to point where the film is just to make sure you can really see. Hopefully tomorrow after work.

Sorry if this wasnt much help and for mega long post ha.

thanks! i have a black BRZ, and i would hate for there be a line across my hood... but still 549! every place around me is quoting at least 1k or 1.5k for full hood/mirror/bumper

Clear Bra pictures, sorry for lateness

Okay sorry it took so darn long to get this pics up. I had some stuff come up

This is the clear bra. You can hardly even tell it's there unless I take a close shot against the light to show it. Dude did an epic job, and I completely recommend it. However I wouldn't pay 1.7k for it =s seems crazy expensive.
