Exhaust shopping is exhausting

Hey guys ive been looking for a good exhaust for about a month now and cant find the perfect one yet. I want one with a deep rumble with little to no drone. So far I really like Perrin and HKS exhausts. Was wondering if there's any out there with a better sound and/or performance. Dont really have a budget so any options ill look into. Any ideas and opinions ill appreciate it.

I love my FT86 SpeedFactory V1. If I didn't have a full exhaust, I would've stuck with the unresonated, but I went resonated when I had my header. They sound fantastic, are made by a great company who backs their products, and there is no drone.

You are going to get everyone saying their own opinion of their own exhaust and why it is better than the previous opinion. Searching is your friend. I would also recommend Perrin because many people have it and love it. Hope this helps.

@husker741 is right, everyone will say the exhaust they chose. So to follow suit I bought the Borla catback and love it. No drone and an awesome deep tone, also at cruising RPM you can barely hear it. Good luck with your search!!

Well now, Birdman ...... I've been happy with my nameless axle back. It says ..... "I'm here" ........ but does not shout .... "LOOK AT ME" ..... I like that.

nameless axle back with 2.5" piping and 5" mufflers.

http://shop.namelessperformance.com/...eback-exhaust/

It's well made, fits proper, easy to install and the tips look good!

I'm running the Ark Grip- it's awesome, but probably not as deep sounding as you would like- but zero drone. A few guys up in the PNW have the Ark DTS, nice and deep, and also no drone.

Both are great, but don't expect to be saving weight.

I just got through the exhausting exhaust shopping myself. Personally I decided on the nameless axleback (along with downpipe, and HKS EL Header).

Runner up was the Perrin 2.5" which some of the vendors can give you an amazing deal on.

Since you mention wanting no drone, make sure you get something resonated.

Invidia N1 has the lowest toned rumble, but will drone if u take the cat out of the front pipe.

That it is!

I've yet to hear the HKS EL with Nameless Exhaust, but I had a chance at a nameless axleback for under $300 shipped that I couldn't pass up.

I'll get some video once everything arrives.

The invidia N1 is deep and definitely says "I'm here!!"

For example, my fiance knows exactly when I come home from work from inside the house just from the rumble

For exhaust, I like the Ark Grip. They're releasing a 3'' one soon if I'm not mistaken.

I just recently got the Ark Grip exhaust as well. It does sound good, 0 drone deep low tone. It was too tamed though, about a week ago I had the Motiv front pipe with HFC installed, now it's perfect, it has an even deeper tone with a hint of rumble and spit back, slight but it's there. Sex!
