It's called a vortex generator by Rexpeed. I paid $180 for it on eBay. Comes matched to your paint, any color. I think they also have carbon fiber ones. I love it

Wont that damage the paint underneath over time? And what does it do?

Nope, it's extremely light (2 lbs or so) and attached with 3M tape for easy removal. Technically it helps with airflow, though it only works if you have a large wing on the rear and even then it wouldn't be a noticeable difference for daily drivers. I got it purely for aesthetics.

did you guys know that there is a V3 coming? It is kinda the same as V2 but the lines are smoother and how it is mounted.
