Not to sound demeaning, do you let your car come to full operating temperature before you drive it hard, anything over about 3500rpms? Its clear oil and not that much, I wouldnt be too worried. My Sti i used to have to empty each month and it would be 1/2 to 3/4 full.

No worries, I always let it idle till the rpms drop. Unfortunately I have to make a left onto 360 with no light to get out from work so it does get hit hard then. I'm not really worried ... just surprised.

I got my gaskets from the dealer today, so I am all good to go. What will be a good day for you that week you are here? I don't have my work schedule confirmed yet for that week, but once I have that we can go ahead and set a day and time to meet at DIY.

i have 2/4 of the washers. i ordered the other 2 at the subaru dealer off airport a week ago before i left for houston. they should have them when i come back. i should be free anytime and day the first week of june, so just let me know how your schedule looks.

Due to what they had in stock at the time and not wanting to wait, I went with the stock style trunk and got the siebon trunk lip spoiler. I am not putting the spoiler on right awaythough, I want to see how I like the no spoiler look.

Sadly I have no pictures the car went in for repairs this past monday, so I am not sure how ling it will take to fix all the hail since every panel minus the bumpers has damage. As soon as I get it back I'll post some pics of it and close ups of the panel gaps.

ahh gotcha. well if you could, could you tell me how the trunk replacement goes? i saw a post in the forum where a guy had to dremel a few places due to improper fitment for the cables and key hole.
