with some plastic tubing from the hardware store should do it. Note, that's a 100cc syringe, the blower holds 147cc (don't quote me on that, but it's somewhere in that area), so obviously you'd need multiple fills. |

I meant to post this a while ago after over filling my supercharger because it was so hard to tell when the oil was on the stick. My gf gave me a perfume spray bottle and I cut the stem to the correct length. Them just squirt it out till it stops. Perfect every time.

One of the bolts that holds onto the elbow of my blower randomly had a head disappear when I was taking photo's for a buyer. Of course the shop who replaced my blower under warranty with Innovate isn't going to accept blame. Even though they are the only ones who have touched those bolts..... How do I extract this damn thing and how much are replacements?

Sounds good.... Now just have to find these magical bits and magical bolts. Is this a known issue? Id imagine they went cheap and just re-used all my old bolts when swapping out the blower.

...it's a bit disappointing that Innovate isn't accepting any blame. I've seen lots of bolt heads breaking, and everyone says they were properly torqued. Innovate completely falls short in the customer service area...compared to Vortech. |

Will due.... I mainly blame the shop who replaced the blower and tightened these damn things to high heaven.

Try removing the other 5 bolts that hold the intake casting on. It should then slide of that one bolt and you'll be able to get a pair of vice grips on it and unscrew it. Edit* - you will also have to remove the 3 vacuum lines on the back, probably unclip the TPS sensor and disconnect the intake tube from the throttle body.
