Yesterday installed hub centering rings on my XXR 527's and painted the chrome center caps matte black. Today did a wash and wax.

Got my windows tinted with 3M Crystalline. Pricey, but the temperature difference inside the cabin is instantly noticeable.

Got it dirty again.

Drove it to our little meet up today (we had 5 86's out for a meetup, a little drive, and lunch). Afterwards drove another 200 miles of backcountry roads. Had such a good time: these cars are awesome.

Gutted it. Half way thru my Sound Deadening project. I think my mouse came in thru the "doggie doors" (air vents in the rear quarters), might have to put a "fence" up!

Yesterday I autocrossed for the third time ever, I got 21 / 45 places in the novice class. Not terrible considering I had to relearn how to drive my car with the significant understeer my car has with my new suspension.

Saturday evening I took a 200+ mile round trip from Anchorage to Seward to clear my head.

Got my first Alaskan speeding ticket ever. Not bad for 12 years of driving and speeding everywhere! I knew better and didn't follow my gut. Sped up to go around a guy before the double yellow lines showed up and the cop came RIGHT around the corner of the hill in front of us... I was going 85mph in a 55 zone.

However, he was a nice guy and only gave me 9 mph over the speed limit. $84 ticket. 2 points. I swear, I get away with MURDER in this car. I've been pulled over for speeding once before and just got a fix-it ticket for my front window tint. Then fix-it tickets for no front plate.

"Slow" is such a relative term.
