I just threw together a quick Facebook group for Atlanta-area 86 owners, you are all welcome to join it. I'll keep an eye on this and subsequent threads and make sure all the drives get posted in the group as events so we can get as many cars together as possible.

My total mileage, Suches Loop, all the way up to Deal's Gap, and back home was 320 miles. I averaged 29 mpg's also. I started about 35-40 minutes SE of the Walmart in Dahlonega.
If any of this helps your fuel estimates.

My car's average since l bought her is just under 28. The runs we did yesterday were short mileage hard on the gas. The total miles traveled being 320ish l'd say only about 60 of that was hard on the gas. The rest was between high 50's and low 70's. K&N filter actually does seem to have improved my mileage overall tho.

thank you that does actually. I average about 20mpg out of boost on the highway. Im sure around a bunch of fellow 86ers I would get significantly worse. I have the ability to bring an extra 10 gallons of fuel, but that gets heavy. I live very near to the walmart in Dahlonega. I haven't checked to see what e85 stations are near the tail though, so maybe there's some hope. Either way, next time you guys go, ill give you all a location that I have to turn around/or break off at. But im going either way.
