Oddly enough, I've made some good friends from 8thcivic (my ex had an 8th) and YarisWorld; and I barely talk to my friends from high school and college.

I though Yaris was for people who don't give a shit about cars. They actually have enthusiast owners? This is like finding out there are people enthusiastic about a Prius ownership. I went on a Prius forum and it was just a bunch of talk about how much smarter Prius owners are than the general population.

Even though they are both hybrids those cars are NOT on the same level as far as sportiness. The CRZ has won nationals in stock class in the past.

You would be surprised... there are quite a few people out there who mod their prius c. I was one of them. Same goes with about almost any car out there. The world is a lot smaller though compared to "tuner" cars like the frs/brz.

There are Yaris/Vios/Belta/Vitz out there pushing 300-400+ whp. There is that niche, and then there are the stanced niche. Also they have a Vitz and Vios one make race overseas.

As B2FiNiTY said, every car has its following, some will just have a larger following than others.

I am just VERY anti Prius because it promotes sheep as car buyers.
The only small cars I really dig from that segment is the Fit and Fiesta.

NorCal (Bay Area) OFF-TOPIC Chat Thread
I know this is super objective but generally speaking which one of these cars is more reliable. GR STi or EVO X?
