Can you elaborate on what this does and the procedure to do it properly? From what I've gathered with what you wrote, it would seem as if the vehicle auto locks when you get in it.

He's talking about when you get out. When you exit the car and close the door, you don't have to actually push the button on your key fob to lock the door. Instead, find the indented lines on your door handle and put your hand over that spot. The doors will lock and the car will beep, just as if you pushed the lock button on your key fob.

This means that on the cars with the push button ignition, you can unlock the car, get into it, drive it, get out of it and lock it again without ever touching the key fob or taking it out of your pocket.

Also you can open the trunk without getting the key fob out. Just touch the spot near the handle to unlock. I go long periods with ever getting the key fob out of my pocket.

What, you only have to press the brake when starting a MT monogram?! Going to try this.

I wanted to get a bunch of fobs and have them sewn into my winter jackets, and a free/loose one for shorts in the summer. I tried to keep my keys in my briefcase, which I keep in the trunk for my commute, but the car completely FREAKS out if you put the fob in the trunk.
