This is the street I took today to enjoy some mountains view.
There's no better car than this for this kind of road. |

How would you compare the sound? Is it louder or quieter?

It's a Hemholtz resonator. The air blowing past will either amplify or reduce certain frequencies which effects sound and also airflow. Like blowing air across the top of an empty beer bottle to hear the hum. I stole this from [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helmholtz_resonance"]Helmholtz resonance - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame]: The theory of Helmholtz resonators is used in motorcycle and car exhausts to alter the sound of the exhaust note and for differences in power delivery by adding chambers to the exhaust. Exhaust resonators are also used to reduce potentially loud and obnoxious engine noise where the dimensions are calculated so that the waves reflected by the resonator help cancel out certain frequencies of sound in the exhaust. |

Accelerator pedal adjustment. Wanted to have an easier time doing heel and toe without having to get stupid "over pedals" so my fix was this. Took off the electronic accel assembly off its seat, two 10mm bolts. Removed it and before putting it back on, I placed a 10mm bolt on each stud, then a washer on top of that so it sits flat and doesn't wobble. Probably raised the pedal 5 or 6mm. I was worried about the pedal not reaching the stop on the floor but it reaches! My gas pedal is able to move 5-6mm more than factory. Don't know if this will cause any problems so I'll be the test y. Will update this.
