I put mine on my recliner so I could still have that "in the car" feeling while I watched tv.

Mine too. She just sits on a pillow.

I've been thinking about taking the seat out and putting spacers to lift it up.

On both driver and passenger door jambs there is a small square metal loop that sticks out of the side opposite the hindge. This is car manufactures way of saying "have a cold one on us". If you guessed bottle opener then youd be correct. Drink and drive responsibly my friends.

The glovebox has a secret compartment.

If you put things to far in, they fall out the back and into the dashboard area. I thought I lost my insurance/registration cards a few months ago until I found them sitting back there.

Also, for those who are interested in adding an oil gauge but don't want to add a sandwich plate under the oil filter, there's a handy oil gallery hole right next to the throttle body where you can plug in your sender. See this thread for pics:

At least the ones with door handle lock unlock sensors.

On Limited BRZ's
Factory settings:
When you touch the inside of the handle to unlock the door,
it unlocks the drivers side only. If you want both driver and passenger
side to unlock with a single touch of the handle, do as follows.

Open The driver door,
Leave the car off,
On the key fob Hold down both Panic and Lock buttons for ~5secs.
When you let off you should hear a beep.
all toyotas have this as well.

If you own a lizard of some sort, you'll be glad to know that after 300 miles or so, the car provides you free crickets.

I'll see myself out.

Is that a hidden feature? This is exactly the first thing the car dealer told me before giving me the keys of my new car.

Also, he told me there's a way to lock the car even if you left the key inside (but you need the second backup key).

Best used ONLY for track use!
Followed by the controller; up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, A, B, L, R, START, SELECT.

You should hear a weird bell chime.
