Google "custom license plate frame" I found several places that offered them. Looks interesting.

I'm not 100% sure, but if I recall, I made it at plateframesonline.com which doesn't appear to be there anymore. Looks like someone bought them.

Got my new plates so I was finally able to put my frame on. My school Alumni plates. Glade it matched the color of my car.

I also have this one. I might put it on one day.
