I like to compare shipping prices with different vendors before buying as well. I got my sharkfin from fteightysix with USPS & tracking, their shipping to Canada was more reasonable compared to FT86SF who only uses UPS.

@BC-Boy sorry again for the mix up on the mount, we sent the correct one out yesterday with the shirt, and it looks like you'll be getting it on Monday! Again, we didn't charge for shipping this part, but since it's going to Canada, he may be charged something through UPS. That is beyond our control, but everything will be right soon.

No worries Chris, you got that replacement shipped within like a hour and a bit after i sent you the pics, thats excellent service all the other Perrin parts i received fit perfectly, l really like how the shift knob mounted up should have got a Perrin exhaust instead of Borla, but i got a good price on the Borla, maybe next year

We very much apologize for the mix-up on the JPM item. I assure you it was in-stock, but unfortunately, we made a mistake and there were outstanding orders that were to be filled before yours. We totally understand your frustration, but we DO NOT blatantly lie to customers about items being in stock or about anything for that matter. We made the mistake, so that is why we waived any cancellation fees that are usually associated with returns or cancellations.

I hope that you won't hesitate to try us again. Also, for all Canadian customers, you can contact us about shipping USPS. For the most part, that is the shipping carrier we use for you guys, but sometimes ship UPS because the item is too large for USPS.

I understand, its not really even a big deal , im also dealing with visconti who is lightyears behind on getting me my tune so its just as if everything is against me getting ahead now, you guys have a large work load that understandable i would have just prefered a heads up when you know the part wouldnt make it:/ no worries just next time try and give me a heads up when things change
