I've seen videos of the BRZ driving at night, anti glare or no anti glare, it glows and just looks like crap. There is nothing 'Bespoke' does that a current Android phone can't do better now. Not that I would use that when driving either. Atleast with AMOLED, they could make the screen mostly black and there would be absolutely no light from the black sections. That's an ideal compromise, but I still don't see why the hell you'd have to be doing all that crap when you're driving. But that's just me.
Yeah, then don't get the BeSpoke, easy as that.

Out of the few threads i've read today, I read about 2-3 negative posts and they're all yours.

I understand you got your opinions but when you post some shit just to rain on someones parade, you just need to keep quite.

I'm obviously not getting the Bespoke, and I'm not "raining on anyone's parade". People give opinions, based on what their actual opinion is. There are just as fervent people on the other side complaining and whining that it doesn't include the Bespoke standard. Well I say, Scion keep your crappy LCD screen and "apps" that you'd overcharge us for anyway. That's all. It's not personal. And by the way, if Samsung can include AMOLED in $200 smartphones, it's time the car manufacturers stop sticking us with these shit LCDs.

Unsubsidized pricing of those "$200" phones are more like $600.

Some yes, some no. Samsung has all manner of AMOLED phones at all price ranges. There are new ones with Pentile Amoled for around $299 full price. But anyway, that's apples to oranges, that's the the price of the entire phone, processor, memory, etc. It would be a slight incremental cost for just the screen.

Wow, thank you for explaining that to me. As someone who works in web development and social media, I'm very interested in this technology (and any technology that increases connectivity between people and people / people and machines / machines and machines) and might want to buy into this just so I can feel what it's like first-hand on an everyday basis and see where this takes us.

What a POS design, somebody's head should roll for this if it's if true.
Same here, hope the key fob has a trunk release. I mean, the button on the trunk helps a bit, but it's still annoying. My Mazda3 right now doesn't have any of that, you have to put the key into the hole and turn it to open the trunk, and it pains me to no end..

I think the trunk is electronic so you have to press a button to open it. I would assume because of this it locks with the doors. But yeah im finding it a little inconvenient not having it.

Im happy with the ugly stock stereo system. I plan on getting my own multimedia/nav unit aftermarket anyways.

My friend's 2011 Mazda3 Hatch is like that. Except the button is pretty exposed.
My mom's Scion xD is like this too, the button is right between the license plate lights.

Personally I think it's alright, my '06 Corolla still requires the Key in and turn to open, but at least I can open it from the seat of my car. My mom's xD doesn't have this feature.

Besides, you'll end up getting used to it anyways.

Someone has apparently seen a trunk release button on the fob.

You'll want to look into MirrorLink then. I'm pretty sure that's what the technology is and Pioneer is just rebranding it.

i have a hard time believing how scion decided to omit such a basic item as an inner trunk liner...

i know they had to do what they had to do to make it [$70] cheaper than $25k, but damn... bare metal with the cables and such showing, wtf???

it looks like sh!t opened or closed [if you got the rear seats folded]...

i hear many people say this car is for "the pure driving experience" or something along those lines, but this just screams CHEAP CAR...

the part should be easy enough to source and not too expensive, i'd assume, so i will be slapping one on asap...

seeing things like this makes me worry what else they skimped on, especially where it's less visible (~_~)

Floormats would put you at $25K though I see they're standard, unlike most other Scion's.

Hoping those photos are pre-production. Jeez even my 1st-gen Tib is fully lined.
