Lol I remember Malone's last year with the Lakers...players were still scared to get in his way or even take a charge against him. I swear he keeps getting bigger until this day! Definitely think today's Era is weak with all the flopping and all the "hard" fouls being called flagrants. I'd bet if the wind blew Durant over, a flagrant will definitely be called haha

Guys,

Unless I missed it I noticed that there was no mention of the passing of LEGENDARY Dr. Jack Ramsay. Its unfortunate that most of us were born after he was done coaching but I got to experience his charisma as a kid growing up. He commentated for the Heat in the mid 90s and I promise you, its one of those voices that was just meant to speak basketball. Since moving from Miami I mostly catch my Heat on national broadcast and NBATV, and Im telling you there's no one like this guy.

The sport and the world lost a good one. RIP Dr. Jack.

all this jordan not being the best ever talk is nonsense. i mean, yeah, in todays game there are a lot of prolific scorers but it its defense that shuts down an offensive powerhouse. not someone elses offense. lebron doesnt have to deal with handchecking or perpetual doubles or "flagrant fouls." people like dennis rodman, charles barkely or karl malone (not really his position but still) would be able to step foot into the interior without a being shut down. that was a defensive league and now its shifted thanks to the refs. all sorts of sports leagues are becoming more safe and its a price to pay.

Not to mention he's taken plenty of game winners. Slowly getting at? See 2007 when he brought the worst team ever to the finals.
... oh man. I should have just called checkmate with my previous post, but I was curious what you'd have to say. Well I'm done with this topic. In time you'll understand.

Note: The only credible thing I'll give you is Lebron's shot at the finals with Cleveland. Then again lets face it, the eastern conference wasn't that strong to begin with and still needs work.

So three game 7's for tomorrow and potentially three more in the making tonight. This is probably the craziest first round I've seen. Adam Silver going for rookie of the year with all the money he's making for the NBA haha!

Me and my buddies were watching it from home, but you damn coulda swore we were at the game too as we erupted when Dame drilled that shot.

Dame is more clutch than Clutch City itself.
