Spotting a silver FRS, Washington license plate # ARK96XX on south bound 99 near Seneca street entrance around 4:25pm today. I was on my motorcycle giving you a thumb up. Is this belonging to anyone here?

I'm the dirty as fuck whiteout in canyon park but they aren't rotas.

I saw a lady driving a blue something with a license plate relocation Tuesday on 85th and greenwood. Waved and everything!

Just curious, what the reason/concern to have this info on here? I read other forums and they said people can't track down the location of the owner base on this info because it is not available to the public.
