BRZ and FR-S Standard Feature Differences

I may eventually consider buying and wanted to keep track of a simple list of the differences between the 2013 BRZ Premium and FR-S models.

ELECTRONIC/MECHANICAL DIFFERENCES:
- BRZ includes HID headlights, while the FR-S uses halogen headlights
- Automatic headlights are included on the BRZ and not available on the FR-S
- BRZ includes 6.1" navigation, and the FR-S offers their "Pioneer Standard" stereo with optional headunits for additional cost (either car should fit aftermarket double-din stereos)
- FRS uses "slightly softer springs and stiffer dampers" (http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews/...t-drive-review)

COSMETIC DIFFERENCES:
- Exterior front panel (front bumper)
- Exterior replaceable fender vents in front of mirrors
- Seating material
- Accent color on passenger side of dash
- Tachometer is black on BRZ and white on FR-S
- Tachometer light is red on BRZ and white(?) on FR-S
- FR-S does not include material liner on the inside of the trunk lid
- FR-S does not include red stitching on the parking break handle and boot

UNKNOWN:
- Does FR-S omit the optional tachomoter sweep on startup? (look for "S-off" or "S-on" when cycling "odo trip" button)
- Will both cars offer all-season tires, or only Scion? (http://www.cars.com/scion/fr-s/2013/...s/?revid=58456)

BRZ LIMITED FEATURES NOT AVAILABLE ON OTHER MODELS:
- Heated front seats and mirrors
- Leather/Alcantara seating
- Keyless access and push button start
- Dual-zone climate control
- Anti-theft system

REFERENCE LINKS:
- BRZ at Cars101 http://www.cars101.com/subaru/brz/brz2013.html
- BRZ Owner's Manual http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4181
- FRS Standard Features http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4489
- Detroit Autoshow Pictures http://www.autospies.com/news/DETROI...rence-s-68620/

There are likely other minor differences if anyone wants to add to the list

My Scion xD does this, but I don't know if it's 45 seconds, I know that it turns off after you open and close a door.

But then I'm concluding inductively so I don't know for sure either.

So the BRZ comes with Navigation and HIDs standard? I love HIDs but I hate factory integrated Nav systems and would gladly do without it.

Are you seriously just figuring this out now? Where have you been since Aug when you joined?

I hope that missing button for trunk opening on the FR-S is just a mistaken picture, I can't imagine they would sell it missing that feature. Does anyone know of a keyless entry car that does not have keyless trunk access from the key fob? Even a Corolla has that.

BRZ has gauge sweep upon start, FRS does not
I think the FRS is missing red stitching on the emergency brake cover, at least I think that is correct.
