Anyone have any issues? Is there a magical tightening sequence from manifold to turbo to dp to overpipe I'm missing? Kind of surprised it did it again. Gasket is dimple side to head iirc.

I installed my manifold first with nothing on it, and I don't remember having to use any special crows foot or anything. Then I mounted the turbo to the manifold. Then I mounted the downpipe to the turbo. I would definitely order a gasket to go between the turbo and the downpipe. I have had the argument with LJ that it should be included, but he still says the machine surfaces don't require one. With all the heat and expansion and contraction it wouldn't surprise me to need to retighten things after some heat cycles. I never did that on mine though, haha. I did have one of my manifold to turbo nuts that needed some more tightening that led to a small exhaust leak.

Hmm...I never retightened after a few heat cycles and probably blew out the gasket again without noticing it right away. Damn, simple.

I am sure there is. I know my lawn care service is $80 a month and they probably only put in 1.5 hours of work a month. You wouldn't believe how many landscaping companies there are down here.
