I doubt they were what is actually going to be on the production car.

From the only pic I can see, they look like the Scion cloth with black stitching

Lol I think I like it, except I'm not much of a fan of the yellow though.

Also I wonder how much MSRP would be for one of these things.

They look like the ones pictured; the dash panels are nicer than the regular T shaped pattern. I think the seatbelt loop had the red stitching. I just think they should have done the steering wheel and other visible red stitching in yellow. imho these are the things that make a special edition worth having. Expert touches that would require an expensive tab at an upholsterer.

most likely $28k-$29k probably $32k after taxes

just spit-balling

either way, I'm dropping my $500 refundable deposit in a couple weeks

Lol I'm still learning man, I've had this car for about 3 weeks now and I'm still slowly improving. I actually stalled at a red light today because I was playing with my clutch and seeing how fast I can move my foot to the catching point.

lol did you get honked at? xD I think that's the only thing I'm afraid of, stalling at a stop light or traffic. I also don't wanna screw the clutch on a new car

Don't worry about the clutch.

I am learning on my new 2015 Sti that I just picked up yesterday and traded in my auto frs. Never touched a clutch before in my life. I'm scared to also stall it at red lights, but I haven't stalled at any stop signs. Trust me, give it 3 weeks and you will be good to go. Starting is the hardest part. I purposely stopped on a hill today to try it out. Yea, that wasn't fun. Just be patient and don't get discouraged! Everyone who started learning a standard was in the same position.

Lol well this is my first stick shift and I've been pretty rough with my clutch since I was still learning lol but yeah, the person behind me was a co-worker of mine i was like "shit someone actually saw me stall....." But yeah idk I feel like I spend wayyy too much time on first gear anyways. Also for hill starts I usually let off the clutch to where I know it'll catch if I let it off a little bit so yeah once the light turns green I let off the brake and keep my foot at that same clutch position and give it gas and go lol

I'm also glad to know that I'm not the only one learning how to drive a stick haha because I'm pretty bad haha I hate first gear lol but yeah I feel like a terrible driver too lol after I get first gear I notice like how slow I am to get going I don't know if its me being slow or if its the car but I usually shift at like 2.5-3 RPM from 1st to 2nd

I tried driving standard once with a co worker's civic. LOL i over revved and gave it a slight chirp but it was pretty intimidating when there was cars around you. I keep hearing the frs has a really good transmission and clutch so I still think about it and plan to purchase it as stick.

I think it's that fear of over doing it xD I have that fear when I drove a co worker's stick. I didn't want to over do it and in turn made it all slow instead.
