Yes, i got it off ebay for something crazy cheap. Brought it to a local paint shop and i think they charged me like $100? to paint it? Honestly can't remember. But there were a few flaws in the construction. Looking past some minor defects i can't really complain...

Soooo, it looks like we're one of two colors that is going to be discontinued! An even rarer breed now

Really? What colors are they replacing?
This is bittersweet to me. Sad it's going, but having a rare color is cool.
IMO, Love how SSM looks in direct sunlight and at night. Shows the cars lines very well.

Yeah, apparently for 2015, the SSM/Argento and Satin white pearl are going to be replaced with Ice silver(10 series) and pearl white(new gen subaru white. Also seen on the new WRX/STI). New silver has a hint of blue in it and less "Shiny" while the new white isn't satin and has some metallic flakes it in. Nothing confirmed yet but there was a thread about it where someone "translated" the japanese and that's apparently what it said.

Hoping this is true just so our cars are a bit rarer haha. I also love how SSM looks in light and at night. My favorite has to be during a gloomy and rainy day. Looks amazing during those days. IMO, it shows all the lines and curves the best out of any color including the new 10 series silver. Just a bit biased :P
