235/40R18x8.5 square on eibach sportline

Anybody seen a setup like this? I've used the search and haven't found anything. My frs is lowered on eibach sportline springs and I have a buddy selling the above size tires and rims. Just want to make sure they for before I spend the money.

I mean, you should've posted this in the Wheels/Tires/Suspension section, not in the General forum.
