Installed strobe tap turn, new brighter switchbacks, trunk led, and lightweight Shorei battery.

The battery swap resulted in lighter more precise steering and noticeably less body roll.

Doing OFT, discs, pads, lines, fluid, studs, spacers, new wheels, rubber and racing lugs next.

Just wondering, did you do any research before buying those headers? They are by far the worst ones for our car and have been proven to not give any gains. The gains you are feeling are either the placebo effect or just the tune. If you're happy, that's great, but you have a lot of power left on the table because of those headers.

They help guide the shifter into the next gear easier. It almost makes it feel like a gated shifter because it stiffens up the Left-Right, Up-Down movement of the shifter.

There is no "slack" or free play in the shifter after installing these springs.

But while it's doing it if you rev it does it increase? Either way I would go to the dealer right away

I bought a used set for $350, so I thought I'd give them a try. The only info that I could find about them was on this forum (quite negative), as you noted.

I was thinking that the elimination of the cat should make a difference too.

I didn't want to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the Vishnu headers.

Which header do you think offers the best bang for the buck?

Please explain the battery swap. Are you serious on this that it does make a difference?

Best bang for buck, IMO, is Rev Works. They hand make all of them, they have been tried and tested, and they are a reputable company that knows their way around Subaru engines and parts. Look for a used one. Once in awhile they come around and you can get it for a little more than you got those AP ones for. The sound is good and the performance is good.
