I ran Altimax's this past winter with 100lbs of sand in the trunk. I had no real issues. I had zero issues on hills, it did amazingly well. The only slight problem I had was starting from a stop in 8" of snow. But I eventually got it going.

Anyone going to Cars & Coffee on Saturday? I might be up for stopping in for the first 90 minutes or so.

I got to see SubaruWRXfan's Vlog of the 4/5 event, and had a question: How well are the Twins received at these meets? Some pretty exotic cars there.

Two sightings yesterday - Silver FRS on Boyce Road around noon; White BRZ at Hill Church on Rt. 19 in Canonsburg around 8pm.

I was in the Silver BRZ that beeped and waved....

they aren't hated on, but they don't get any attention, for obvious reasons. still worth going and shooting the shit with other owners.

I saw a silver BRZ around 10:45 or so merging onto the parkway east. Pulled right in front of me in my fiancee's Optima SXL. Sounded like it had an exhaust but couldn't tell which one.

From what I've seen they don't really care. If you car is dirty though I'd park away from the main group. Like BRZerk said they won't get much attention except from fellow twin drivers. I will be there on Saturday.

When I'm making my morning drive into the city, I see a white FR-S with a black hood and black wheels going outbound.

I usually wave to all twin drivers, but I never get a response. Just a stare. Lol.

What is the groups thoughts on clear bras for the car? Is it worth the money? Where should I get it done?

On another note, I will also be at cars and coffee this weekend!

Clear bras definitely help I wish I had a place to do mine (I used to live in the city and had practically nowhere to work on my car). You don't need to pay to get it done anywhere it's easy to do it yourself just make sure you mask the car well. If you're set on having it done I'd check out some csr stereo shops. Where are you at?

the meets are every other saturday @ generoasta coffee in warrendale.

Is your FRS lowered on different wheels? I see an orange frs near my work in warrendale occasionally.
