WTB: factory GTS rear calipers

I'm looking to upgrade my tiny rear brakes on the GT to the bigger items from GTS. I've already got the rotors but now I need the calipers & brackets to complete the conversion.

Actually I only need to brackets as the calipers are the same, but I doubt anyone is going to split them for sale

Anyway if you have a set laying around, please let me know

Very little benefit in upgrading just the rears, braking is heavily biased to the front on the 86.Much better to source a set of front and rears off a GTS/BRZ that bolt straight on.You can get complete sets for around $450.Import monster had some recently.I did this on my GT and the upgrade is well worthwhile. We're running standard GTS brakes with just a pad and fluid upgrade on a Production Touring 86 at Bathurst this weekend and the brakes are pretty good.Normally run AP front calipers but had an issue with them last minute and had to resort back to stockers.Standard GTS brakes are a lot better than most people think.

Rear GT and GTS calipers are not the same. Different thickness discs.
Fronts are the same apart from the mount.

I've just purchased a BBK for the front, so wanted to upgrade the rears as well.

I'm in the same boat. I'm thinking about trying the 2 pot WRX calipers.
KNS in the US make a bracket for them.

Yea, but the brackets alone are USD250

Upgrading to the GTS rear brake setup would be more cost effective...

I just did the GT to GTS brake conversion , picked up the rear calipers and brackets for $200 from a wreckers and ordered front brackets $100 each through Toyota (Subaru would of been cheaper)

Braided lines DBA T3 4000 series rotors , Ferero pads

Bedded them in on the way to the track the next day and it worked like a dream giving me 2seconds a lap at Mallala (which is a very hard track on brakes)
