BTW, you've prolly run them, but there are some sensational drives around the Larch Mtn./Bull Run/(former) Roslyn Lake area that are usually empty except for the occasional Ducati. I have a 90 minute loop from the front door that makes life in the fast lane worthwhile. Best navigated on weekdays to avoid weekend road cyclists and lost sightseers. Local knowledge pays off here. |
