245's are WAY too small for a wheel that big. You want at LEAST 255, and are best with 265.

Well i have 255/35/18 on my 9.5 and it still looks a bit stretched so...if you
can fit it i would go with at least 255...

Whats your ride height and camber settings?

Ok cool. I would probably have to go with that size. I haven't gotten my coilovers yet so I am still waiting on adjusting the height/camber.
