Oh wow, that's crazy. I didn't realize someone made a total header back with oddball joints.

If it were me, I would probably scrap the SRT and upgrade. Unfortunately, that's a $2,000 solution lol

Maybe loosen up everything on the exhaust system and align then tighten starting at the front and moving back?

I believe Bill has a few new things he wants to add to my tune. My last tune was on E60-65 as I don't have Flex Fuel sensor. Will be adding a full 3" exhaust from AVO and upgrading the actuator. We might be trying some other things that we have in the works but won't find out till we try it. Will keep everyone updated.

I had @Drift-Office install a new @AVOturboworld ceramic clutch and their 3" catless turbo back exhaust last week. Figured I'd throw a recording of a cold start in here for people to hear how loud it is. I'll be taking other videos today (warm start, drive by, etc.) so I'll post those as I get them uploaded.

Turns out my dogs aren't a fan of the noise.

AVO Turbo Kit Owners Topic

Just in case anyone is running a stock clutch....I would advise upgrading ASAP. Mine obviously saw way to high of temps to discolour the metal like this lol
I was lucky it didn't grenade

no.....not to the extent of mine anyway. My clutch in my other car wasn't even that bad after 100k km....and this one was slipping a bit to creating more heat

Mhm. Maybe yours is a tad different, but this clutch is off a stock 86 that i beat pretty hard and only has about 10k miles.

What tune are you running and what other modes on top of AVO turbo do you have?

How many PSI? Is the car driving like normal? Is is having trouble idling? How does your AFR gauge look at idle and at cruising?
