I can't wait!

I'm going to ask my manager if they can expedite the process once it gets to SF so I can get my Monogram by the end of the month!

Happy late birthdays @BigFatFlip and @Simpleviet.

While I was at the dealer having my service rep look at my windshield this afternoon, one of the employees (seemed like he was a sales manager) was asking me about the car and what mods I've done. Seemed genuinely interested. Unfortunately I was a bit rushed so I couldn't stay and chat but still cool to get that kind of interaction with the dealer.

It's a trap, they were just trying to see how heavily modified your car is so they can flag your VIN.

j/k.. or am I.

That may be true if I had mentioned the blue LED conversion...

lol, I was taking pics of my car in downtown Sac this one time. The building I was next to probably called the CHP on me since about 5 minutes into the photoshoot, a CHP car pulled up and told me to leave. However, before I got in my car, he said, "Nice car, what have you done to it?"

Yeah, like I'm going to say my mods. I just replied with, "It's a Yaris, so just cosmetic stuff since I bought the car for its fuel efficiency."

Question for those who have rebadged their cars. How did you do the front badge? Did you pop it off, or did you remove the front bumper? I wanted to remove the front bumper, but it's kind of a PITA from what I see here, and I keep reading issues that the sides of the bumpers never stay in place after the bumper is put back on.

I didn't remove the bumper to do the front badge. Just used fishing line on a warm day. One of the tabs do break off tho. Can't help it, it'll break off unless you remove the bumper. Yea most people I've talked with their bumper doesn't align correctly after removal, my old one was like that.

I think the 2014+ is better tho. My monogram lined up perfectly after installing fogs and side markers but I didn't remove the whole bumper just pushed the sides out

It was in pretty bad shape and did whatever I could to bring it back . Thanks for reading have a great Wednesday! Name: uploadfromtaptalk1397666567351.jpg

Thanks. I think I'll just go with the floss and pull way. I really don't want to risk a misaligned front bumper, even tho mine with be a '14 Monogram.
