For those saying that it is not a big deal and OP is over reacting, I disagree. The dealership completely lied with regards to this fact. If I were in this situation I would be mad too. Had they been honest and forthcoming regarding the accident it would have been a different story, and the damage repair could have been assessed and factored into the price (if necessary).

Interested as to how it turned out for you.
