Agreed 10000000%. Glad you brought this up. Thinking back to my '08 Si (FA5), it wasn't anything special, but I took such great care of it and babied it to an absurd degree. In retrospect, if I could do it all over again, I'd make her hit VTEC all day long. Enjoy your car, be safe, and drive!

Your right with the numbers, but I meant more from a owner's mentality standpoint. This car is the trendy modable Honda Civic of this generation.

OP is in Canada and I missed that. That explains it.

Generally using my car every weekend until I move. How long can my car sit without being started until I start to see battery problems

If I cant go for a drive I generally let it run for 10 min.

I generally park mine, on jack stands, for the winter (Nov. thru April). Haven't had problems come May yet, but if you are worried, get a battery tender. Have one for my motorcycle, but the battery is really small by comparison.

There was another thread about this very subject. A good number of us garage our cars for the winter and don't bother disconnecting the battery. I wouldn't worry. Unless you're not moving until Autumn.

I assume you use jack stands to prevent flat spots on the tires. I will check the other threads. I won't have to worry about the other things until next winter. Full tank of gas, disconnect battery, etc.

Thanks.
