Im in for a draft but someone prob needs to give a rules refresher. Lol

I am also in for an anything goes type deal as long as decks stay in the realm of friendly competition (which I think they all would for something like this).

No problem. There's a lot of rules clarification online at:

Sick! I've got a single player size that I've never used and now am looking forward to using it.

Too bad no one plays D n D here. I'd love to learn and play that as well (okay maybe that is too much).

Hah I started playing in elementary school also. Let me know if you're ever looking to sell any of your old stuff, I'm trying to pick up older cards to play Legacy and Vintage.

Six or 8 would be perfect to cube/draft. I'd even be willing to front the cash to buy a box.

So, I started building a Pauper cube last night. It's mostly newer stuff. I have no idea how it is going to work, but we'll find out. If anyone has any old stuff that they would like to donate to the cube, that'd be greatly appreciated. I currently have a bunch of cards from RTR block, M14, and Theros block.

how does the cube work (never drafted with a cube)
since you mention it's a pauper cube, it's just basically all commons then?

Yup. Commons and uncommons. I might throw in some cheap rares at some point also.

Cube is just a pre-made set (360+ cards). Equally distributed colors, and what not. Usually follows a theme of some sort. In this case... pauper. You mix the cards in the cube and make random 15 card "packs" and draft as usual. Drafting without buying packs!
