I wonder if Galaxy Blue Silica and Ultramarine are the same color. They do not seem to be the same. I kind of like Ultramarine. San Marino Blue (was available with 350Z in the 2008 model) would be a nice color. It could look almost black sometimes, but under proper lighting, the color is just gorgeous. If I do not get my wish (red), I think I can live with WRB, although that would be most commonly seen color. GBS might be good, too, but I just have to see the color in person.

They are the same just different names. The only different colors are Hot Lava for Scion and World Rally Blue for Subaru.

I am actually the 4th DGM (out of the current 24 orders )
on the list he showed me ..
and I quote him " everyone and his mom wants WRB "
So my guess is ... if you order a less common trim/color
you might get it sooner than later.

Hey everyone,

Yesterday I was discussing shipment quantities per truck with another member and I had this question: Did any of the dealerships tell you if you were going to get ur car in the first batch (April/May) if you were a certain preorder number? I remember that member saying that there might be 8 to 10 BRZs on a truck, so hoping that since I'm #10 I'll be able to get it in the first shipment rather than waiting a month or two after initial delivery.

Also, FYI for ppl going to Sierra Subaru in Monrovia, CA (I know I shouldve posted this yesterday), if you preorder with them, they "won't sell your car," and your car "won't be allowed to be driven," and only "people can sit in the car." Cant believe Alvin (the dealerguy) revealed this bit of info to me... I think I've made up my mind in not preordering with them, because that's just shameful. I don't want no germy hands infecting my baby...

That makes no sense, how could you be expected to buy the car without at least taking it for a spin, especially if you put a deposit down. Stupid.

No no, I just don't want noone demoing MY car (cuz it's reserved for me, ya know?) Or am I being unreasonable? I was hoping for like, preordered cars to not be allowed demoing, u know?

Or were u referring to the dealer being a d1ck by not letting us drive it?
